Expertise in the Installation and maintenance of:
1. Intrusion / Burglary Systems - Wireless, Wired with
Cabling and Layout (Conduit, Cable Pulling)
2. Card Access Control Systems
3. CCTV Security Systems - Wireless, Wired with Cabling and
Layout (Conduit, Cable Pulling)
4. Fiber-optics (Single-Mode and Multi-Mode Installation,
Termination, Splicing)
5. Cat6 Communications Cabling and Layout(Conduit, Cable
Pulling)
Qualifications:
1. Certification in Electronic Security Systems is
preferred.
2. Must be able to pass a drug screening test and have a
clean Police certificate of character record.
3. Ability to read, write and speak the English language and
follow written and verbal instructions.
4. Ownership or access to a reliable working vehicle that
could be used in the performance of duties
5. Self-motivated, takes initiative, highly motivated,
organized and professional. Willing to expand skills for further advancement.
6. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal
communicationskills with a strong ability to interact with all levels of customers.
7. Ability to work at various heights and in all weather
conditions.
8. Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying
and moving equipment and tools up to 34 kgs. Ability to work in unusual and
sometimes difficult positions in crawl spaces, above ceiling tiles, climbing
ladders, scaffolding and lift equipment.
9. Minimum 1 years’ experience in the trade.
10. Working knowledge of IP and analog video management
systems.
11. Working knowledge of intrusion alarm systems.
12. Working knowledge of access control systems.
13. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and
written reference material.
Essential Functions:

9. Service Existing Systems: Repair minor malfunctions in
building video, access control and intrusion systems.
10. Able to perform layout and cabling for
Intrusion/Burglary System (Conduit, Cable Pulling).
11. Able to perform layout and cabling for Card Access
Control System (Conduit, Cable Pulling).
12. Able to perform Cat6 Communications Cabling and
Layout(Conduit, Cable Pulling)
